UI/UX Designer
Job Description
Design clear, functional, and visually polished user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to understand goals, requirements, and the client’s context.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final high-fidelity visual designs.
Help build and maintain a design system, including components, styles, and guidelines.
Validate designs through user testing and iterate based on data and feedback.
Collaborate with developers during implementation and ensure consistency and quality of the final solution.
Prepare design documentation and presentations and confidently communicate design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
Who are we looking for
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who:
Has at least a few years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally in digital products or an agency environment.
Actively works in Figma and has strong hands-on experience with it.
Has motion design and animation experience in digital products, which is a plus.
Understands usability principles, information architecture, and accessibility.
Thinks in context, balancing user needs with business goals.
Has a strong eye for visual design, typography, grid, hierarchy, and consistency.
Communicates clearly, can present designs, and can give and receive feedback.
Can work independently, take responsibility, and deliver solutions to production quality.
