Product Manager
Job Description
Collaborate with the development, design, and business teams to plan and manage projects.
Help define the product vision, goals, and priorities in line with client and company needs.
Prepare and manage the roadmap, backlog, tasks, and deadlines, including prioritization and progress tracking.
Collect requirements from clients and stakeholders and translate them into clear specifications for the team.
Coordinate the full project lifecycle from idea, through delivery, to launch and evaluation.
Ensure the quality of delivered solutions and contribute to testing and acceptance.
Identify risks, remove blockers, and help the team work more efficiently.
Prepare reports, documentation, and regular status updates for project stakeholders.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who believes in the power of collaboration and who:
Has experience managing projects or products (including smaller ones), and experience in IT is a plus.
Understands the basics of software development and can communicate with both developers and non-technical colleagues.
Has strong organizational skills, a clear sense of priorities, and a structured approach to work.
Communicates effectively, can give and receive feedback, and facilitates discussions.
Can work independently, take ownership, and follow things through to completion.
Embraces change, looks for solutions, and is eager to learn and grow.
Nice to have
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Basic familiarity with UX/UI or analytics
Previous experience working in a software company
