A mobile investment product currently in development, built around AI powered advisory, personalized guidance, and a compliant foundation. The goal is to make financial decision making clearer, safer, and easier to navigate.
Problem
The project is being developed in a category where trust is difficult to earn. Financial products already require a high level of credibility, and AI driven guidance adds another layer of caution and complexity. A key challenge has been finding the right balance between a simple onboarding experience and the amount of input needed for meaningful personalization. At the same time, the product needs to turn compliance requirements into a natural part of the journey and make complex financial topics easier to understand for everyday users.
Solution
We are designing and delivering the product across UX, UI, brand direction, technology, compliance, and operations. AI is being shaped as the main user interface, guiding users through the experience in a way that feels more personal and understandable. Alongside the customer facing app, we are also building the supporting foundation, including security, AI governance, broker integrations, analytics, segmentation, and a back office layer for internal support. The result is a product foundation being prepared to support a compliant and user friendly investment experience at launch.
