Problem
Companies often had to build onboarding flows from scratch for every new use case, product, or market. That meant hardcoded processes, multiple third party integrations, and separate internal tools for compliance teams. Over time, this created a fragmented and expensive setup that slowed onboarding, increased operational complexity, and made regulatory change harder to manage. There was a clear need for one secure and flexible system that could support both product teams and compliance officers without constant development effort.
Solution
We designed and built Insyko as a secure platform that combines digital onboarding, identity verification, KYC and AML checks, and compliance workflows in one environment. Businesses can configure onboarding journeys without coding, using modular steps tailored to different regulatory or business requirements. We also created a back office dashboard where compliance teams can review applicants, request documents, leave internal notes, and make approval decisions in one place. The result is a more centralized and scalable onboarding foundation built for security, audit readiness, and operational efficiency.
