A multilingual support platform designed to connect people with help in real time. Built to make finding support simple, secure, and accessible across borders.


Problem
The main challenge was to design a platform that could serve a global audience with very different needs and contexts. Multilingual support was essential to reduce communication barriers and make the product usable across regions. At the same time, the experience had to feel simple and immediate, even though it handled sensitive human interactions. Security was also a key priority, so the platform needed to protect user data without making the product harder to use.


Solution
We designed and built Abuddy as a simple, swipe based platform focused on speed and ease of use. The interface helps users navigate support seeking in a natural and accessible way, making connections feel effortless. We also built the product with multilingual support and a strong focus on security, so it could work reliably for a diverse global audience. The result is a digital experience that makes real time human support more approachable and scalable.
