We delivered a new, approved design and built a digital onboarding flow with layered biometric checks and encrypted authentication. As the project grew beyond the original frontend scope, we also built a custom middleware linking our frontend directly to IAD's backend. This lets new features ship fast, even as IAD's own systems keep evolving. The result being a secure app that grows with IAD, built to support both current and new investors.
