Before Cenntria, key finance processes were spread across disconnected tools and manual routines. That meant slower accounting work, more room for mistakes, and limited visibility into what was paid, missing, or waiting for action. The challenge was to bring those workflows together into one system that reduces manual work and makes financial operations easier to manage.


Solution
We designed Cenntria as a centralized platform for daily financial operations. The system brings together transaction syncing, document handling, automated matching, OCR based data extraction, billing, cashflow monitoring, and role based access in one place. The result was a simpler and more connected workflow that helped reduce monthly accounting time from 60 to 26 hours, delivering 57% time savings on accounting and 36% savings on accounting costs.
