A mobile app built to bring real time calling, contact access, and call management to teams on the go. Designed to extend CloudTalk’s VoIP experience to mobile without losing the speed and reliability users depend on.
Problem
Although CloudTalk had a strong desktop product and infrastructure, it lacked a mobile application for users who needed to manage communication on the go. Remote and field based teams could not easily handle calls, access contact data, or review call history without a laptop. The challenge was to bring a complex VoIP experience into a mobile format that remained fast, intuitive, and reliable under real usage conditions. The app also needed to support functional depth without becoming difficult to use on smaller screens.
Solution
We designed and developed CloudTalk GO as a cross platform mobile app with real time VoIP functionality for both iOS and Android. The app made it possible to handle calls, access call history, listen to recordings, manage contacts, and receive notifications directly from mobile. We focused the UX on fast access to essential actions while preserving the feature depth expected from the platform. Deep integration with CloudTalk’s existing infrastructure helped ensure a connected and consistent experience across devices.
