Turning offline games into digital experience

Turning offline games into digital experience

A digital concept for a multiplayer DEI experience designed for remote teams, facilitators, and workshops. Created to bring inclusive conversation and guided reflection into an online format without losing the human side of the original game.

Know More

Dive-In started as a physical card game created to support dialogue around diversity, equity, and inclusion. The goal of the project was to translate this experience into a digital format that could work for remote and hybrid teams while keeping the original intent focused on empathy, reflection, and shared conversation.

Problem

The original game was limited to in person sessions, which made it harder to use in distributed teams and modern workplace settings. The challenge was not only technical, but experiential. A discussion based format built around human presence had to be rethought for digital use without becoming cold, mechanical, or overly complicated. The product also needed to be relevant for HR teams and facilitators looking for practical tools they could use in workshops or internal learning programs.

Solution

We worked with the Dive-In team to redesign the experience as an interactive browser based concept for multiplayer sessions. The solution included game flow design, a visual direction for the digital product, and an admin interface that would allow facilitators to manage players and guide sessions in real time. We also supported product strategy and positioning for B2B use cases, while developing an interactive prototype for testing and presentations. The result was a validated digital direction that showed how the original game could evolve for remote and hybrid environments.

Got an idea? We'll have a demo running in a week.

From “great idea” to “it works”.
