Problem

Although Fumbi had a strong brand and a clear mission, the digital experience created unnecessary complexity. The platform lacked consistency and responsiveness, while key flows such as onboarding and trading were difficult for beginners to navigate. Educational content was also not structured in a way that fully supported user understanding. In a category where trust and clarity matter deeply, the experience needed to do a better job of helping users feel informed and in control.

Solution

We redesigned Fumbi’s web platform with a strong focus on clarity, usability, and responsiveness across the full user journey. Alongside the transactional experience, we also created Fumbi Academy as a dedicated educational content hub that helps explain crypto fundamentals in a more accessible way. Through ongoing UX research and usability testing, we shaped product improvements that led to a more intuitive dashboard, simplified crypto purchase and sale flows, and a redesigned onboarding experience. To extend accessibility further, we also delivered a mobile app based on the web experience, helping Fumbi reach users across devices more efficiently.
