Problem
The original system was outdated and no longer fit the needs of a fast moving, high volume lab environment. Manual steps, interface complexity, and inefficient collaboration between teams created delays and increased the risk of inconsistency. As demand for testing continued to grow, the system also became harder to scale. The challenge was to redesign a critical internal tool without disrupting sensitive diagnostic operations.
Solution
We approached LISAPP as a workflow driven redesign rooted in real laboratory practice. Through research, interviews, and process mapping, we translated day to day lab operations into a more structured and usable system. The new platform was designed to simplify tasks, reduce cognitive load, improve traceability, and support real time communication across connected lab infrastructure. The result was a stronger operational foundation that helped Medirex improve efficiency in a critical diagnostic workflow.
